The group spends most of the day shopping for warmer gear and materials needed for their upcoming travels. Close to sundown everyone meets back at the ‘King’s Pillow.’ Where they await the guests Soren spoke so briefly about.

Kansu is never warm, and therefore doesn't require warm things. So he just follows people around while they shop.

It doesn't take too long before there is a soft knock on the group's door.

Zidek stands just outside the open door; "Good evening Mina, I hope you are well." He is accompanied by a woman Mina has never met before.

<+Mina> *Mina lets them in* "Fairy well considering..."

Lede frowns, looking over the room. "Yeah, well, good to hear someone's doing fine. I don't believe we've been introduced..."

Mina extends her hand* "My names Mina, good to meet you."

Kansu looks at the newcomers.

Lede nods curtly, though she doesn't accept Mina's hand. "Lede. Most of you know Zidek, I imagine." She looks to him. "Doesn't look like many of the old group, though. This had better be interesting."

<+Kansu> "Oh wouldn't that be nice."

<@Soren> "It will be." He gets to his feet, pacing a little bit. "If we're done with introductions, d'you want to explain the situation so far, Kansu?"

Zidek rubs the back of his head gently; "So exciting I feel a migraine coming already and they haven't even started..."

Kansu sighs, "Lilith's gone. We have to go to Lodir. War efforts is making said trip extremely difficult so we must travel 2 days up the coast to find an airhsip."

<@Soren> "Nice summary."

"Gone? Perhaps she has simply left on her own accord."

<+Kansu> "Not from what we gathered from the Ask the Pine Box game."

He raises an eyebrow; "I... I see..."

Soren shrugs. "Honestly, it's hard to say. Either way, she sent us letters requesting to meet; and by the time we got here, was gone already. Found an interesting half of a letter, too. Something about the 'Felten Town' on the Ice Scape. Any ideas?"

Lede impatiently taps her foot. "Losing interest. Much as we'd love to help you we've got problems of our own right now."

<+Lede> "Last thing we need right now is anyone doing anything incredibly stupid." She glares pointedly at Zidek before continuing. "Anything else?"

Zidek frowns, ‘Felten Tower? I’m afraid you will find yourself at a bit of a loss looking for that place. As far as I know it is a rumour; mentioned only briefly in a fairy tale.’ He returns Lede’s glare with a slight goofy grin.

Lede rolls her eyes. "Oh, don't give me that look. We've been over this already."

<@Soren> "...right." He looks to the rest of the group. "I think that's all, then, unless you have an idea of how to get there more quickly..."

<+Goroh> "Yeah, that's about all I can think of."

Zidek crosses his arms; "I don’t see how my idea comes off as completely irrational. We cannot leave things as they are."

<+Kansu> "Especially considering the amount of blood we found in her room."

<+Lede> "Oh, I'm sorry, sweetie, I didn't realize you'd be so upset. You go ahead and run off to Lodir to rescue your friend from his own choice." She pauses. "How weird would it be if I were like that? My point is no you're not running off."

Lede raises an eyebrow. "We're on a different subject, popsicle. Your little thing can come later.

<@Soren> "Right, well, clearly this was a bad idea..."

<+Kansu> "Ah yes, couple fight. I'll just sit here then."

Zidek turns his gaze away from Lede, as if to avoid her intimidation; ‘I will run off to wherever I see fit.’

<+Lede> "No! Nonono! No! We've been over this! You're not running off! What part of this don't you understand, the running or the off? Help me to help you. Zidek, help me to help you."

Soren makes to say something, but decides against it. He glances to Mina and shrugs.

*Mina merely shakes her head*

Kansu sits calmly.

Zidek turns to face her, frowning; ‘I’m not running off? I’M not running off? How many years did you trail after Kalmamond? How many? Sorry kids, daddy is making dinner tonight because mommy has gone of a FIREY MERDEROUS RAMPAGE again.’ He takes a deep breath; ‘The only thing I want to do, the only difference is... well.’ He falls silent and looks away again.

Kansu listens raptly.

*mina begins whispering to Soren* "So they are the "help" you mentioned?"

<@Soren> "Well, uh..."

Lede blinks a few times, speechless. "I...you...I..." She throws her hands up in the air. "Fine. Run off and do something stupid. Hell, I'll take you there myself if you're that desperate to do something."

"Fine, I will." Zidek says; "Lets listen to what they have to say, see what it more stupid, and go with that. Shall we?" he nods and looks to Soren.

<+Lede> "Not listening, don't care. Let me know when you're ready to leave and rescue him from his own decision. I'm sure that's what he wants, after all." She storms out and slams the door.

Zidek flinches slightly as the door slams; "Don't worry. She still loves me; deep down somewhere… I hope."

<@Soren> "Uh huh. I guess you'll be coming along, then?"

<+Kansu> "I thought I was the one with the icy personality."

"Well I can't back down now, can I?" he laughs.

<@Soren> "Mhm. Need to pack anything before we head off, then?"

He falls silent and rubs the back of his head; "Oh boy... Anyhow, could you expand a little on the details of your quest?"

Soren nods. "Kansu, if you will?"

Soren shrugs. "Alright, then. Let's see. Little while ago Lilith sent us all letters, requesting to meet once again. We all arrived and she was gone; supposedly a kidnapping, though from the looks of things it was anything but. Currently, she's in Lodir somewhere, and if we can find her we might actually be able to figure out what the hell's going on here." He sits back. "How about your little quest?"

<+Kansu> "We need a way to get to Lodir I suppose is the most important thing right now. Know anything?"

Zidek frowns slightly; "She is in Lodir? Then what was this about the Felten tower?" he shakes his head, "Hmmm, I'm not sure if we should really get into my quest. I had hoped to free King Domonik from his position as a war prisoner, but as you can tell from my wife's tone... she does not agree with the plan."

<@Soren> "Y'dont say."

‘But you know; it’s not his first time being a prisoner. So if you really do seek my assistance, I suppose he can sit a little longer...’ he clears his throat slightly.
