The group, minus Goroh, is currently inside Lilith’s room. During their investigation they have found some odd items indeed. The guard outside in the hall continues to walk the length of the floor, passing by the open door occasionally and glancing in as he passes.

<+Kansu> "Looks like the box may transport messages inbetween an identical item in another location. But that doesn't explain the blood..."

<+Kansu> "Anyone got paper?"

Goroh writes down what was said during Sir Lyndian's conversation with the assassin-ish person, then heads to Lilith's room

Soren goes through his pockets for a moment before drawing a scrap.

Kansu pulls his quill and inkwell out.

<+Kansu> "I assume we write something and place it in the box. After that I can only guess."

Gorland barks softly in agreement, sniffing around the room idly.

<+Soren> "Alright. Anything in mind?"

<+Kansu> "Ask if anyone is answering it to start, I suppose."

Kansu removes the bloodied page from the desk and examines it after handing over his writing impliments to Soren.

Goroh walks into Lilith's room, sighing.

Gorland walks up to Goroh. "How did your venture go?"

Gorland is still a dog

<+Goroh> "Pretty far, but most of this evidence isn't conclusive at all."

<+Gorland> "It wouldn't be a good conspiracy if conclusive evidence turned up right away..What did you learn?"

<+Kansu> "There's a fingerprint on this page. I suppose we have no way to identify who's it is though."

<+Goroh> "Sir Lyndian was talking to someone who looked pretty much like an assassin... The assassin was talking about some form of hunt, and Sir Lyndian didn't want to talk until his 'unwanted guests' that he didn't expect left. I wrote it all down, though."

<+Gorland> "It's easy to assume we are these unwanted guests..."

<+Goroh> "Oh I fully believe that."

Kansu nods.

<+Goroh> "He talked about some previous 'hunt', specifying 'with her'... Then Lyndian talked about how he failed with his previous hunt after years of hunting, and that he was supposed to 'kill them both'. And that if he had done his job, the Throne of Kama would not have introduced an heir to Shakaku's Throne."

Soren takes the time to page through some of the other items under the mattress, such as the book.

Soren takes a moment to scribble a message down before eyeing the box. "Just place it in, hm?" He does so a moment later.

Kansu ponders the box another moment before closing the lid.

And so the box is closed; with Soren's letter safe inside - or is it?
